Refund policy
At Secure Basket, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made the return process simple and transparent.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Free Return Shipping
We offer Free Return Shipping on all eligible returns. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost to you.
3. No Fees
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a fee to process your return.
No Final Sale Restrictions: Unless specifically noted on a unique promotional offer, we generally do not mark items as "Final Sale," meaning most items are eligible for return within the 14-day window.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at securebasket.sb@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
