Thank you for choosing Secure Basket. We strive to deliver your products in the fastest time possible while ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to over , 20,000+ pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we will notify you and provide a full refund if the order was prepaid.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

 Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

 Estimated Delivery: * Metros: 3-5 business days.

 Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

 Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.

 Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, public holidays, or logistics issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

 Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over 1999

 Standard Shipping: For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

 We offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes.

 Verification: For COD orders, you may receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message to verify your order.

 Refusal: Frequent refusal of COD orders may result in your account being ineligible for future COD privileges.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Secure Basket is responsible for your package until it is delivered.

 If the package looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately at securebasket.sb@gmail.com

 If you receive a damaged product inside an intact box, please share an unboxing video with us within 24 hours of delivery to claim a replacement or refund.

7. Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address or the customer was unavailable after 3 delivery attempts, we will contact you to reschedule. Re-shipping may incur an additional delivery fee.
